The National Office does not investigate criminal matters, deliver child protection services or provide direct support services. However, help is available. Find contact details for support services on our Get support page, and find out how to report child sexual abuse on our Make a report page.

If you choose to provide any personal information when you contact us, we will only collect and use that information to deal with your enquiry.

We may disclose your personal information to another agency if that agency is better placed to assist you or respond to your enquiry, or if we are concerned about your safety. If you do not consent to your information being triaged in such a manner, please inform us in your enquiry.
