Supervision and reflective practice tools

Components
  • Guide

The National Office has developed a suite of practical tools and resources to support service providers to adopt and implement the Minimum Practice Standards in different contexts and settings. The tools and resources are designed to support service providers to implement the Minimum Practice Standards, and in doing so uplift key areas identified by service providers.

The supervision and reflective practice tools help service providers’ staff reflect on and learn from their experiences and interactions with clients.

Supervision and reflective practice journal

The reflective practice journal is a worksheet for individuals who work with victims and survivors of child sexual abuse to document their experiences and interactions with clients, reflect on the Minimum Practice Standards, and identify areas where they could better apply the Minimum Practice Standards in their interactions with clients.

Supervision and reflective practice journal group worksheet

The group reflective practice worksheet supports service providers’ staff to facilitate group reflection and learn from clinical experiences during group supervision.
